Dolphin Day!

Weather was marginal for Saturday but after kicking tires for a while we all headed out. The swell was big but not much wind. A little deeper water and flood tied halped to make the inlet passable. Our goal was to find some fish in the best direction for the weather. Mid morning found us pounding the grass East of the inlet with decent action. We ended up with a nice catch of dolphin. Water condition was poor for trolling bites in our area. Glad we got the day in with a great group of guys that just wanted to get out and have a good time!

No trip for us Sunday or Monday. We missed a couple of calm days for fishing but got to spend some time at home. Football games and birthday parties. Good stuff.
